Hi, I'm Sahara—and I'm here to support you through any breastfeeding challenges and birth-related trauma. I believe in a hands-off, mother-baby-led approach, and my goal is to support, inform, and empower you on your postpartum journey.
I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Registered Midwife and mama to three.
Based in Seaford, Victoria, I provide services to all of Southeast Melbourne, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula area. Offering in home or zoom lactation consultations and birth debriefs.
With almost a decade of experience caring for mothers and babies across all areas of midwifery, I've gained the knowledge and insight to truely support and guide you on your breastfeeding journey.
My goal is to ensure you're fully informed— because knowledge and confidence are powerful. Every woman deserves to feel supported and empowered in motherhood.
I offer antenatal breastfeeding education and postnatal breastfeeding support for all ages—from newborn to toddlers. I can help with a wide range of concerns, including nipple pain or damage, attachment issues, supply challenges, weight loss, engorgement, mastitis, breast refusal, and so much more.
My holistic approach means I take time to build a personal connection with each mother-baby-duo. This relationship allows me to understand your unique needs and tailor my care to support you both, individually and together.
My birth trauma debrief services are also moulded to your individuals needs— whether I see you antenatally or postnatally. It's a space for your story to be heard, your feelings validated, your questions answered, and your experience supported. My aim is to help guide you through your trauma and begin the healing process—helping reclaim your power.
My mission is to empower mamas with the confidence and support they truely deserve.
I would love to work with you.
